Lane Kenworthy and Inequality

One of my favorite bloggers, sociologist Lane Kenworthy will be doing a series of posts on inequality over the next weeks at crooked timber.

I used to not be sure how to conceptualize inequality; this graph, which I first saw from Lane’s site, helped me understand a little bit better what is changing:

Even if you violently disagree, Lane will probably make the best case for reducing inequality you’ll see from the social sciences – check it out.
